2. Orders
Orders can be placed by phone, email, or via our listed delivery partners. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will do our best to prepare your order fresh and have it ready within a reasonable time, but times may vary during busy periods.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are as advised at the time of ordering and may change without notice. Prices on third-party delivery platforms may differ from in-store prices. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed for catering.
4. Allergies & dietary requirements
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. While we take care with preparation, we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces of allergens. Please tell us about any dietary requirements before ordering.
5. Catering
Catering bookings may require a deposit and advance notice. Final numbers, timing, and cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations & refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
